Queridos alumnos,
Hay un crédito ECTS de libre
elección asignado al workshop EUROVEGAS.
Learning since Las Vegas que se desarrollará en la UEM entre el lunes 24 y
el viernes 28 de Junio (la próxima semana).
Es un workshop que haremos
conjuntamente con un grupo que viene de la American University in Dubai (AUD) y
la idea es que se haga la primera parte aquí en Madrid para irnos después el
mismo grupo a Dubai!!! a lo largo del primer trimestre del curso que viene.
El profesor de Proyectos que
se encargará del taller es Angel Alonso http://aceboxalonso.blogspot.com.es/
y contará con la profesora de la AUD Tala Vaziri, conmigo mismo en la Teoría y
(a priori) con Fuensanta Nieto y Jose Luis Esteban Penelas en el jury final.
Os pido que, al haber poco
tiempo pero ser interesante (creo yo) el workshop, me enviéis un correo a miguel.luengo2@uem.es los que tengáis
claro que vais a asistir.
Para los que dudeis os
invitamos a uniros pasado mañana viernes 21 a las 16:00 horas en el aula C333 en
la presentación del workshop. Ramiro Losada y César García Guerra nos contarán
los resultados obtenidos con su grupo de Proyectos en relación a EUROVEGAS.

Dear students,
A group of students from the American
University in Dubai (AUD) are coming to Madrid for a specific workshop with
topic: EUROVEGAS, Learning since Las Vegas to be developed at UEM from monday
24th to friday 28th of June (next week).
It’s a joint venture between the AUD and UEM
and the plan is to make the first part of the workshop in Madrid and later go
to Dubai!!!! for the second part of it. It will happen during the next course
first trimester.
The Design Studio professor is Angel Alonso http://aceboxalonso.blogspot.com.es/
and will feature Prof. Tala Vaziri from AUD’s side and myself for the
theoretical content. The final Critical Session will have (initially) Fuensanta
Nieto and Jose Luis Esteban Penelas.
I ask those of you willing to be part of it,
with such a short notice (but being interesting, I reckon), send me an email to
miguel.luengo2@uem.es
Every doubtful student is kindly invited to
come this friday 21st at 16:00 horas, classroom C333 to the EUROVEGAS workshop
presentation. Ramiro Losada and César García will share with us the outcome of
their group’s research.
